Board of Directors
San Diego Theatres is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of diverse business and community leaders who provide policy direction and general oversight of San Diego Theatres' management, marketing, operations, and stewardship of the San Diego Civic Theatre and the historic Balboa Theatre. San Diego Theatres is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public benefit corporation operating, maintaining and programming the Civic Theatre and Balboa Theatre under leases with the City of San Diego. San Diego Theatres relies on its Board to guide strategy, safeguard financial and operational integrity, and connect the organization to the community it serves.
