Our Whistleblower Policy encourages employees, volunteers, vendors, and others to promptly report any suspected or actual wrongful conduct—including fraud, ethical violations, or legal noncompliance. Reports may be made confidentially or anonymously, and retaliation against anyone who raises concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited. Whistleblowers are encouraged to report concerns to ceo@sandiegotheatres.org; however, if the concern involves the CEO, they are encouraged to report it to board.chair@sandiegotheatres.org.
